Pipe Fusions Australia was developed as a business by Robinsons Welding Pty Ltd, and is now part of the expanding corporate structure of GBR Enterprises Pty Ltd. Their site experience and committment to quality and safety, forged over many years experience in large-scale steel pipeline construction, is applied rigorously to our plastic pipe operations.
Our General Manager, Tony Guard, has managed many installations of plastic pipe around Australia for a host of clients across the mining, energy and marine industries, including:
- Fly Ash transfer lines at Kwinnana power station for Verve Energy
- 800 mm tailings line lift and relay at Telfer
- 3km of 315mm bore, carrying fresh reef seawater across the harbor bed at Port Dennison to the MG Kailis Live Lobster facility
- Numerous water management projects including borefeild collectors, tank farms and truck stands at Tom Price for Rio Tinto.
We've scoured the world for the best and latest in automated fusion machinery. All our welding machines have full weld parameter reporting, simplifying QA processes and ensuring confidence in the finished product. Our operators are fully trained, with broad experience in other aspects of pipeline construction.
